Easy travel from the united states
Major airlines offer direct flights from the United States to Johannesburg, allowing hunters to reach Africa with minimal connections and efficient travel times.
Our team assists with every step of the travel process, including flight recommendations, firearm import documentation, arrival procedures, and VIP meet-and-greet services to ensure a seamless transition from the airport to the safari.
From departure in the U.S. to arrival at camp, we handle the details so you can focus on the adventure ahead.
Conservation & responsible hunting
Ethical hunting plays a critical role in wildlife conservation across South Africa. Our safaris operate under strict regulations and scientifically managed quotas that support habitat protection, anti-poaching efforts, and local communities.

Plan your South Africa plains game hunting safari
Plan your South Africa hunting safari around the plains game species you want to pursue, your travel dates and the time you have available. Travis Wier and Adam Barnard help you choose between Kimberley and Limpopo and build an itinerary for your hunting party.
What should your quote include? Ask for a clear breakdown of daily rates, trophy fees, accommodation, transfers, guiding and any optional activities. Discuss Cape buffalo separately from your plains game species list so the hunting arrangements match your goals.
Bringing a spouse or a first-time hunter? Tell us about everyone travelling, their experience and preferred pace. We can discuss lodge time, non-hunting activities and the practical details before you book.

Where Luxury Meets Adventure
Your South Africa Hunting Safari, From Arrival to Trophy Shipping
Most hunters fly into Johannesburg and connect to Kimberley, about 20 minutes from our Northern Cape lodge. The lodge has eight suites, a spa, a pool, a private chef and a firepit where every day ends together.
The dry season, from about May to September, is the most popular time for a South Africa hunting safari. We will help you choose dates around your species list and your group.
After the hunt, trophies are prepared at our licensed dip-and-pack facility and we handle the export permits. Plan on 8 to 12 months for delivery to the United States.
For budgeting, see our 2027 South Africa hunting safari cost guide and what is included in a South African hunting safari package. Bringing non-hunters? Add Cape Town and a Kruger photo safari with the Grand South Africa Journey.
