- Afternoon: Arrive at O.R. Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. You’ll be greeted by a Global Hunting Solutions representative to assist with VIP customs and firearm clearance.
- Evening: Overnight at a premium hotel or guesthouse near the airport. Enjoy a dinner and your hunting guide team to go over safari expectations, gear, and species.
- Morning: Private charter or ground transfer to Northern Botswana, near your designated hunting concession.
- Afternoon: Arrive at the bush camp. Unpack, sight in rifles, and relax around the fire as the African sunset sets the tone for the adventure to come.
- Evening: Dinner and safari briefing with your PH and trackers.
- Daily Routine: Early morning breakfast followed by tracking with expert Bushmen trackers and your PH.
- Elephant Hunts focus on old bulls with heavy ivory in traditional fair-chase style.
- Leopard Hunts utilize baiting and blinds, with high success rates in carefully managed areas.
- Midday: Break for lunch in the field or return to camp.
- Evenings: Relax around the fire with sundowners, storytelling, and traditional meals.
- Note: This portion may vary in duration depending on permit, success, and local conditions.
- Morning: Depart Botswana via private charter or road transfer back to South Africa.

At Global Hunting Solutions, we strive to provide a seamless and professional hunting experience. To ensure smooth booking and operations, please carefully review our Payment & Cancellation Policy before confirming your hunt.
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your hunt. Deposits may be paid via personal or business check, provided payment is received at least 30days prior to the hunt.
- Balance Due: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the scheduled hunt. No 30-day reminder will be issued, so please mark your calendar accordingly
- Failure to Pay: If the final balance is not received by the 30-day deadline, your hunt may be canceled, and any previously paid fees may be forfeited
- On-Site Payments: Any additional fees incurred during the hunt (e.g., trophy fees for additional animals) must be paid before departure via cash or credit card. No exceptions.
- Credit Card Payments: A 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
- Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a future hunt date within 12 months, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled hunt may qualify for a partial refund at Global Hunting Solutions’ discretion.
- Cancellations within 30 days of the hunt will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in 100% loss of all fees paid.
- Weather-Related Cancellations: If a hunt must be rescheduled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances as determined by Global Hunting Solutions, we will work with you to set a new date. Refunds will not be issued for weather delays, but we will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling.
- Force Majeure: Global Hunting Solutions is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, rescheduling options will be provided, but refunds will not be issued.
- Hunts may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is given at least 30 days in advance and must be rebooked within 12 months
- Rescheduled hunts are subject to availability and current pricing at the time of rebooking.

Our standard hunt in Botswana is 10 to 14 days, depending on your target species and hunting goals. Custom itineraries can be arranged upon request.
Your safari includes:

Most clients fly into Johannesburg, South Africa, then take a short connecting flight to Maun or Kasane, Botswana. Charter flights into camp can be arranged. We’ll help you coordinate every step.
Yes. All our hunts are conducted ethically and legally under fair-chase principles. We work closely with conservation authorities and local communities to ensure sustainability and respect for the land.
Rifle hunting is standard for leopard and elephant.
For elephant, a minimum .375 H&H is required by law, though many hunters prefer something larger like a .416 or .458. For leopard, a .300 Magnum class rifle with quality bullets is ideal.
Yes, you can import your rifle into Botswana. We will provide detailed firearm import instructions and assist you with the required paperwork and permits.
We handle field preparation and coordinate with trusted taxidermists and shipping agents to ensure your trophies are salted, dried, and exported legally and safely back to your home country.
