If you want to pursue a specific trophy class or CIC score, we recommend the CIC-point option. Tell our team your goal before booking so we can discuss the target trophy, hunting area and corresponding pricing. CIC scoring evaluates a trophy through a measurement system; it is not simply a horn-length measurement.

Understand your trophy goal
CIC stands for the International Council for Game and Wildlife Conservation. Its Trophy Evaluation System uses standardised measurements to evaluate trophies. A CIC score gives you a clearer way to discuss your ibex trophy goal than horn length alone.
Gredos, Beceite, Southeastern and Ronda each have their own pricing schedule. Compare scores and prices within your chosen ibex type.
Discuss the CIC score or trophy class you hope to pursue with GHS before booking. If a specific trophy size matters to you, choose the CIC-point option and agree your target in advance.
The final evaluated score determines the applicable per-point rate. Field estimates help guide selection; they do not guarantee the final score or medal classification.
Use the one rate selected by the final score for all points above the starting threshold, then add the base price. Add 21% VAT to the CIC trophy price. Other applicable fees are separate.
Bronze, silver and gold are trophy evaluation classifications. The commercial pricing thresholds shown on this page determine the surcharge; crossing a price threshold does not by itself define a medal. Confirm the applicable medal criteria with your trophy evaluator.
Base price + (final score − starting threshold) × selected rate.
For Gredos at 230 CIC: $17,900 + (230 − 205) × $560 = $31,900 USD before VAT and other fees. Adding 21% VAT gives $38,599 USD, before other fees. This applies one final-score rate, rather than adding progressive bands.

Spain / Trophy preparation
For GHS Spain hunts, all skins must be tanned in Spain before shipment to the United States. Salted or dried skins are not accepted for shipment under our Spain trophy-shipping arrangements.

The final score selects one per-point rate, applied to all points above the starting threshold for the selected ibex. Add the base price, then 21% VAT. The bands are not charged progressively.
