Travelling Days: Travel days are included in the duration of the hunt programs.
Trophy Collection: If all booked trophies are collected, the hunt is concluded.
Missed or Wounded Trophy:
◦ If a trophy is wounded or missed, the client is responsible for the agreed costs or license fees.
◦ If the hunt is unsuccessful due to a missed opportunity, the client may repeat the hunt by paying only the daily fees, provided the trophy fees were fully paid.
Hunting Program Completion: The client must agree on available dates with Global Hunting Solutions for the repeat hunt before the season ends.
Acknowledgement of Risk: The client acknowledges the inherent risks involved in hunting, especially in remote or uncivilized areas, and accepts full responsibility for their participation.
Medical Advice: The client must seek medical advice before departure to ensure they are fit for the hunt.
Limitation of Liability: Global Hunting Solutions shall not be liable for illness, injury, or death unless caused by gross negligence on their part or their representatives.
Documents: Clients must complete and sign the indemnity form, terms and conditions,
and a general information sheet before the hunt commences.
Travel Days: Any travel days between hunting areas are considered full hunting days for
both hunters and observers.
Transportation: Ground transportation costs between airports and hunting areas are
determined at the time of booking. Clients who prefer air travel between areas must cover
the cost for themselves, a pro-hunter, and a skinner.
Accepted Payment Methods: Wire transfers, credit cards, and cash are accepted.
◦ Credit card payments incur a 3% surcharge.
◦ Personal or bank-certified checks are not accepted.

Prices are subject to change if government fees, permits, or other costs increase. Global Hunting Solutions is not responsible for notifying clients of these changes, but any increases will be reflected in the client’s invoice and are payable by the client.
