At Global Hunting Solutions, we strive to provide a seamless and professional hunting experience. To ensure smooth booking and operations, please carefully review our Payment & Cancellation Policy before confirming your hunt.
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your hunt. Deposits may be paid via personal or business check, provided payment is received at least 30days prior to the hunt.
- Balance Due: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the scheduled hunt. No 30-day reminder will be issued, so please mark your calendar accordingly
- Failure to Pay: If the final balance is not received by the 30-day deadline, your hunt may be canceled, and any previously paid fees may be forfeited
- On-Site Payments: Any additional fees incurred during the hunt (e.g., trophy fees for additional animals) must be paid before departure via cash or credit card. No exceptions.
- Credit Card Payments: A 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
- Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a future hunt date within 12 months, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled hunt may qualify for a partial refund at Global Hunting Solutions’ discretion.
- Cancellations within 30 days of the hunt will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in 100% loss of all fees paid.
- Weather-Related Cancellations: If a hunt must be rescheduled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances as determined by Global Hunting Solutions, we will work with you to set a new date. Refunds will not be issued for weather delays, but we will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling.
- Force Majeure: Global Hunting Solutions is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, rescheduling options will be provided, but refunds will not be issued.
- Hunts may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is given at least 30 days in advance and must be rebooked within 12 months
- Rescheduled hunts are subject to availability and current pricing at the time of rebooking.

Yes, all hunters must have a valid Texas hunting license (resident or non-resident). No special tags are required for hogs, and we can help you obtain the correct license prior to your hunt.

No prior flight or aerial shooting experience is needed. Before the hunt, we provide a comprehensive safety and shooting briefing, and your pilot will guide you during the flight for safe and effective shots.
We fly Robinson R44 and R66 helicopters, purpose-outfitted for aerial hunting with open doors, harness systems, and communication headsets. All aircraft are operated under FAA Part 91 with experienced commercial pilots.
Yes. Safety is our #1 priority. All hunters are securely harnessed, briefed on flight and shooting protocols, and supervised by seasoned aerial hunting professionals. We follow strict operational guidelines for every flight. No one shooter may exceed 299 lbs, two shooter combined weight may not exceed 430 lbs.
For safety and consistency, we provide suppressed AR-style rifles optimized for aerial shooting. However, bringing your own firearm may be allowed with prior approval.
Helicopter hog hunting is available year-round, but cooler months (October–April) often offer better visibility and flight conditions. Weekends and prime weather dates book quickly, so early reservations are encouraged.
